Your mission

  • Installation and customization of the N.CAD software at the customer's site
  • Training and instruction of customers in the products and update-relevant data
  • Preparation and implementation of the acceptance of our software at the customer
  • Support customer care for customer questions after order completion
  • Installation and support of PC and network components
  • Creation of specific supplementary programming
  • Connection of CNC machines to the N.CAD software
  • You have a technical education or degree with a focus on wood processing
  • You have CAD/CAM knowledge in the woodworking industry
  • You have industry experience with CNC machines
  • You have several years of experience in the consulting environment of technical products that require explanation, ideally from the IT environment
  • You radiate a high level of service and service orientation
  • You are a confident team player and enjoy dealing with customers
  • You are willing to travel and have a good command of English
